How does the Private Retreat Work?

Prior to your Private Retreat We will have a 45-minute phone meeting so that I can touch base with you about your relationship desires and gather some preliminary information about them. Also prior to the day we meet, you will receive a personality questionnaire as well as more detailed instructions for your private retreat. |

During your Private Retreat 9:50 am Greet and Connect - We will meet in the main lobby of the Lafayette Park Hotel and Spa and then move to a private location in the hotel for your intensive coaching. 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Personality Assessment and Coaching - We will begin with an assessment of the questionnaire you each completed prior to the retreat. You will get clear about your vision for your relationship and specific goals. I will coach you on your vision for your relationship and what you need to do to achieve it. We will begin to work through personal challenges and barriers to success and follow-up steps you will need to complete. During this time, you will be lead through my step-by-step process to heal your specific limiting beliefs that are currently blocking your progress. 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Lunch Break - We will take an hour break for lunch. The Park Bistro & Bar is a four-star restaurant where you can enjoy delicious "contemporary American cuisine with rustic French farmhouse charm" and it is located directly in the hotel. There are also many excellent dining options within five minutes driving time from the hotel (a list is provided). 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Empowerment Coaching & Strategizing for the Future - After lunch, we will reconvene in the lobby and then on to our private coaching location. We will continue to blast through any barriers to your success. We will co-create a strategic plan of "next steps" for you both to take after the retreat is over to continue your progress and reach your goals. |

After your Private Retreat - After we conclude for the day, you can enjoy the many varied opportunities for sight-seeing and activities in the area. You will have two weeks to practice the strategies we developed to continue your progress. You will receive a copy of the strategic plan to remind you of your specific action steps as well as to track your progress. You will also receive one 45-minute post-retreat phone session two weeks after your Private Retreat to follow up on your progress. This is a time to solidify the changes you are making as a couple, as well as answer any questions that came up about your strategic plan or action steps. |
