Suzanne Bare has a long career in the healing professions.
She began by getting licensed as a Registered Nurse and working in a hospital. She was frustrated that by the time she saw her patients it was too late to teach them prevention. She earned a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a Holistic Health specialization and worked as a psychotherapist before starting her own private coaching practice.
She is an instructor in Couples Communication and Anger Management classes (since 2003). During that time she saw the limits of conventional techniques for couples’ conflicts and managing anger. Not satisfied, she took matters into her own hands and developed techniques that not only manage anger, but prevent it from developing in the first place.
She is the author of the book, Ending Anger: The Couple’s Guide (2013), written to give couples a way to work through their anger together as a supportive team. The book became an Amazon #1 bestseller and has sold internationally.
Suzanne truly appreciates what it means to have a loving partner in your life. She was married for 15 years and mother to an infant when her loving husband died of cancer and she became a young widow. She was devastated and struggled to recover from her intense grief. Over the next six years, she learned to balance being a single mother with working and dating. She met her new love at a tango class in 2005. They were married in 2008 and now have an amazingly smooth and supportive relationship!
Of all of her accomplishments, the one she is most proud of is her remarkable ability to free others from unhealthy and limiting beliefs that cripple them mentally and emotionally, and to truly HEAL. She loves working with intelligent and caring partners who desire the finest love in their lives, whether they are currently single or simply want to feel deep and lasting love with their partner. Her clients become inspired and discover they can release their past, transform their present relationships and their lives. ❀
